Release & Route
A voice transition from immutable capture to inspectable project state
Release & Route begins when the user releases the microphone.
The system has an immutable voice Capture and a proposed interpretation. It must not silently convert speech into authority.
Sheet
Three immediate choices:
- I'm Feeling Lucky — accept a low-risk proposed identification and route;
- Edit Manually — inspect transcript, object, project, state, and constraints;
- Redo — record again.
Proposed route
The sheet can show:
identified object
project
Now/Next/Delegated/Review/Blocked/Dormant
target
visibility
authority
external effect
cost
evidence requirement
Consequence boundary
Lucky can perform only actions covered by a reviewed standing policy. Sending, spending, publishing, deleting, changing permissions, or committing protected work requires separate authority.
Receipts
The system records:
- exact Capture;
- transcription version;
- proposed interpretation;
- user's choice;
- final route;
- any Work Order or state event.
Voice becomes a fast intake surface without becoming a hidden command channel.
