ABOUT THE LAB

An independent applied AI research program maintained by Hayden Lindley.

Glyphd Labs develops, documents, and tests mechanisms for persistent project state, exact and semantic identity, bounded agent execution, recursive information systems, compact-model operation, temporal media, and human-controlled interfaces.

RESEARCHER

Hayden Lindley

Full-stack software developer and graphic designer with prior work in 3D animation, residential design, and counseling. The research combines systems engineering with explicit concern for human authority, continuity, consent, legibility, and reversible change.

METHOD

Claim → mechanism → experiment → result.

A paper may begin with a hypothesis, source review, specification, prototype, runtime, test contract, or measured result. Those states remain distinct. Strong claims require a reproducible artifact and a receipt that supports the stated scope.

RESEARCH STRUCTURE

Programs and evidence states are independent dimensions.

Programs group related technical questions. Applied systems identify operational implementations. Exploratory records contain hypotheses and prototypes. Evidence states specify what each claim or artifact supports.

ARCHIVE

Versions and source lineage remain addressable.

The archive exposes authored versions, revision histories, superseded names, source records, failed runs, and inconclusive results.

Inspect research lineage →
PUBLIC BOUNDARY

Open to inspect. Not open source by default.

The public site makes research legible while preserving proprietary implementation rights, trade-secret boundaries, and patent options. Public description, downloadable papers, fixtures, or schemas do not automatically grant implementation or commercial rights.

CORRECTION

Corrections update the public record.

Failed, inconclusive, awaiting-local-run, and superseded records retain their original identifiers. Material corrections update claim state, revision history, limitations, and source links.
