It is not “mobile chat.” It is a private visual intelligence appliance.

The model operates machinery. It classifies, extracts, ranks, patches, and repairs. It rarely generates a complete page.
Local-first
Core capture, compilation, retrieval, planning, and packet assembly work offline. Cloud escalation is optional, visible, scoped, and receipted.
Truth
The model never owns truth and never rasterizes authoritative text. Sources and accepted state own truth; verifier gates changes; renderer draws.
Go/no-go proof
The first decisive experiment compares the same source, task, model, and device:
- raw chat full answer;
- SurfaceDelta operation.
If the delta path does not improve validity, citations, tokens, useful latency, and blinded usefulness, the central claim fails.
Product state
The runtime has a detailed master specification and donor components. The full mobile product and accepted E1 result remain outstanding.
